Due to rising running costs, as everyone must be aware, unfortunately to stay viable and keep to the level of care we like to provide we have had to introduce a price increase. As always, there are no extra charges here, the heating, air con, one-to-one walks and food are all included in the price you pay. From January 2026 prices will rise to –
Up to springer spaniel size
£27.00 per night
Anything above
£29.00 per night
DAYCARE running from 7.30am until 6pm
£28 per day (rising to £30 from January 2026)
Check-in and departure times – important
One day’s charge runs 11am to 11am the following day. Should you want to drop your dog before 11am you will be charged from the previous day. Should you want to collect your dog after 11am you will be charged for the next night. For example – Drop off at 11am on Monday and collected at 3pm on Tuesday will be charged as a two night’s stay.
IMPORTANT – We are CLOSED between the hours of 11.15am and 3pm. All PM collections must call us 30 minutes before you’ll arrive at the kennels to collect your dog on our mobile number – 07860 177484 and ensure you speak to somebody. The dogs come first, when we are with the dogs we may not be available to answer the landline, emails or texts.
We are open 365 days a year but we do have an extra charge for the following dates –

- 25th December
- 26th December
- 31st December
- 1st Jan
We are highly popular and do get booked very fast especially over holiday periods so we recommend reserving as early as you can to avoid disappointment.
Sharing
10% reduction on 2 dogs sharing (4 or more nights stay) provided they can be walked by one walker.
Payments / Cancellations
We now charge a £100 (or the cost of your stay if less than) non refundable deposit to secure your stay. This must be paid upon booking and is non refundable should you cancel.
